Job Description

Welcome to Bosch. This individual will report to the manager of the Enabling group in corporate logistics North America (NA). This person will work as a logistics quality analyst for the GS logistics warehouses in the NA region. They will help drive quality objectives throughout the NA warehouse network. This position will be located Atlanta as an Analyst (E3)/Sr. Analyst (E4) level depending on experience.


Business Analytics

·       Monitor quality data. Identify and address factors driving negative trends

·       Inventory management reporting

·       Use analytics to create Visualizations that support business needs

·       Identify business obstacles (through analysis) and produce actionable solutions

·       Develop and maintain analytical reports in Tableau/PowerBi

.       Develop automation to capture data in catalytic/MS Power automate.


Quality Support

·       Perform root cause analysis - support problem solving and continuous improvement efforts by bringing attention to quality problems, participating on improvement teams, and working GS Logistics teams to resolve problems.

Project Management Support

•        Participate in logistics projects representing the Quality Team

•        Project management approach for planning and managing the effort to achieve the project goals within the designated project constraints.

•        Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery

•        Organize and lead project status and working meetings

•        Prepare and distribute progress reports, manage risks and issue


Education / Academic / Professional Experience:

•        Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Supply Chain discipline. (Mechanical, Electrical, or Supply Chain field)

•        At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of quality or logistics.


Knowledge, abilities and characteristics:

•        Very good analytical, creative, and communicative skills to analyze problems.

•        Experience with problem solving

•        Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks and activities at one time.

•        Teamwork skills - Candidate must be flexible in their work style and be able to work with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.

•        Collaborative and problem-solving way of thinking are a must.

•        Experience with CIP (continuous improvement)/ PDCA process

•        A strong understanding of the SAP processes.

•        Business analytics experience

•        German language skills beneficial.

•        Travel up to 30%
