Job Description

  • Assisting, creating creative Digital marketing strategies to ensure lasting Digital connection with customer, Plan and monitor on-going marketing activities (both In-bound and out-bound), Lead generation, management and nurturing thru complete sales cycle.
  • Detailed Marketing program management, execution and KPI evaluation and achievement thru working in collaboration with relevant functions in India / Global teams
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update digitally; Communicate partner programs
  • Actively collaborate with content creators / designers to improve user experiences
  • Maintain business relationships with media, marketers, vendors
  • Prepare digital communication plan for varied audience and measure performance KPIs thru various channels of delivery
  • Effective handling of Social media, managing content, scheduling, editorial management and introduction of new digital platform
  • Creation of success stories thru Audio / Video versions on customer, Rexroth assets, programs
  • Planning & Execution of On-site events, Customer/ partner events, In-house events / programs

Qualifications

  • B.E. (Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation) & MBA (Marketing) with 2-4 years of experience in Marketing
  • Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise:

    • Digital and Creative Marketing
    • Communication & collaboration across functional teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical mindset, Upbeat on Digital Transformation
    • Can handle on-site events
    • Working knowledge on marketing tools,
    • Marketing performance management,
