Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Achieve sales and profit objectives of Business Plan
  • Take responsibility for commercial affairs, projects follow up and technical coordination
  • Coordination for Delivery and AR tracking
  • Customer relationship interface

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Interface between customer and company to understand customer expectations and requirements and maintain good customer relationship
  • Achieve the sales and profit target in business plan
  • Acquisition for new projects
  • Project management for new business
  • Negotiation with customer for commercial (annual prices, account receivable etc.), engineering change request and delivery problems, etc.
  • Monitor customer forecast and take appropriate action
  • Deal with warranty claim compensation
  • Prepare and coordinate customer visit, customer audit
  • Collect information of competitor and customer, e.g. current & future platforms
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Education:

  • Master's Degree of sales, business management or alike

Work Experience:

  • 3 years or above working experience in sales area of Automotive Connector

Knowledge/ Skills:

  • Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
  • Good communication skill
