Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Order processing:

·   Demand verification & order processing

·   Operation Bottleneck management

·   Delivery schedules edits

Coordination of processes with internal and external partners:

·   Logistic Service provider, production plants & Supplier interface

Complaint handling:

·   Management of complaints indicated by Suppliers

·   Management of complaints regarding packaging quality and further issues

Account booking control:

·   Monitoring and control of Empties Account

·   Clarification of differences with internal and external partners

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

► Bachelor’s degree or above in in supply chain management or business administration

► Logistics knowledge with focus on logistic planning (returnable management) and execution

► Proactive, analytic, team worker, organized

► Good communication skills in English and German

► Self-motivated and ability to solve problem independently

► Knowledge in MS Office, SAP is Surplus
