Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

► Responsible for increasing customer satisfaction as first level contact of HRS

► Continuous process optimization in cooperation with the HR service experts

► Coordination of leasing service activities at multiple sites

► Screen, process, edit incoming orders according to defined work instructions. As well as ensure the maintenance of all relevant data in the corresponding IT systems for this specific area

► Gather, complement and treat required data, reports, statistics and presentations (generally in English) based on existing templates

► Gather required data and information, working on and complementing unclear positions, potentially finding solutions in collaboration with other outside parties

► Contact partner for topic of expertise, proactively search for information regarding legal, governmental and tariff changes. Further clarification in regards to content and technical realization of the topic, not limited to HRS department

► Analyze existing standard processes within the area and work on solutions to optimize and guarantee their best execution. Coordinate new and further procedures with superiors and customers

► Execution of Quality Checks for the leasing payroll process

► Preparation of statistics and reports

► Responsible for compensation related calculation for leased colleagues

► Providing data to leasing companies

Qualifications

Which requirements are important to us?

► Previous experience of 2-3 years in human resources (personnel administration, payroll, time management)

► Min. 3 years vocational training, e.g. in the field of personnel administration, industrial clerk or similar

► Knowledge of written and spoken English, additional language is beneficial

► Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

► Flexibility to work in multiple locations (regular visits to HU plants)

► Empathy for the assessment of the conversation partner and selection of a suitable conversation structure

► High capacity for teamwork and of managing conflict situations

► Ability to work under pressure and resilience

► High willingness to learn and readiness of mind

► Driving license
