Job Description

  • Perform preventive, scheduled and emergency maintenance of facility supporting production machinery & equipment within an Industry 4.0 production facility
  • Install, commission, maintain, diagnose and repair various types of compressors, vertical storage units, HVAC, chiller systems supporting production machinery & equipment, including repair
  • Utilize predictive maintenance software to establish monitoring to prevent unplanned downtime
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
  • Contribute to Bet Plant Concept by supporting associate relocation, office remodeling and moderate construction projects
  • Maintain safe, clean and efficient work and storage areas during the execution of maintenance work
  • Contribute to the Bright Idea systems when implementing improvement ideas
  • Perform other essential or related peripheral duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a technical field from an accredited institution (ex. CHEA) with 2 years of relevant work experience OR high school diploma from an accredited institution with 4 years relevant work experience
  • Practical experience with power and control systems (pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, HVAC)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve individually and with a team
  • Previous exposure to drywall installation/repair, network controls, and electrical & HVAC systems
  • Familiar with OSHA safety regulations
  • Second shift position when fully qualified
  • Able to be trained to operate scissors lift, knuckle booms, and other material handling equipment
  • Able to read and understand mechanical, electrical and facility drawings
  • Ability to use manual and power hand tools
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to learn continuously and contribute to system improvement
