Job Description

What will you take care of?

As Order Entry and Customer Service Support you will be part of the Sales Customer Care-Industrial Application Division in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).

You will be responsible for:

  • Help shaping the future: contribute, with an added value proposition, to the promotion and launch of a new data entry platform.
  • Experience cooperation: support the local Sales Customer team in order to share best practices and to contribute to a continuous growth. 
  • Experience Learninglearn and become confident with the use of SAP by supporting the Sales Customer Care team in the Expediting of the orders.
  • Take on responsibility: engage in daily activities like data entry, customer support and work together with the Supply chain and salesforce.


What distinguishes you?

  • Education: Degree in Management Engineer, Economics.
  • Languages: fluent in Italian and good English; German will be considered a plus
  • Know-how: Good knowledge: Excel, Power point; Nice to have PowerBi
  • Work style: interdependence, analytical approach, adaptability, problem solving and team-work
