Job Description

  • Accurately pick and stage material for production orders, based on schedule.
  • Process Kanban cards using SAP and a hand-held scanner.
  • Assemble and test Compact Hydraulics products using work instructions.
  • Recognize and address any deviations to the specification of the products.
  • Maintain tools and equipment through preventative maintenance activities.
  • Enter deviations and End of Line (EOL) failures in SAP
  • Recommend and implement value-added changes to DC-CH/MOE processes
  • Cross-train on other functions within the team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment with daily cleaning (5S) activities.
  • Overtime in this position will be required, sometimes with little advanced notice.
  • Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as assigned


  • High school graduate or equivalent from an accredited school (ex.  PA Dept of Education, FL Dept of Education, US Military, CHEA). 
  • Ability to accurately read pressure and flow measurements using pressure gauges and flow meters.
  • Previous experience with operating hand-held tools.
  • High aptitude to learn air tools and an overhead crane.
  • Maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills such as emailing, record keeping, and form filing.
  • Physical fitness and strength to lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
