Job Description

·       Be a trusted L&D partner within HR and to Business Leaders alike, in the identification of learning needs and development of generic and bespoke learning requirements.

·       Drive Learning in a fast-based VUCA set-up. Be able to design learning solutions that best fit the organizations appetite.

·       Be able to Drive Purpose for Learning aligning to business needs (White collar and Blue-collar workforce)

·       Design, develop and deliver a variety of learning programs to meet identified skills gaps for internal and external customers.

·       Design, develop and implement self-paced and blended online learning content and solutions.

·       Partner with Universities and Learning Institutions to deliver niche learning interventions, as required by workstreams and Business divisions.

·       Build strong working relationships with relevant business leaders associated with program of work and subject matter experts.

·       Manages the entire instructional design process for assigned learning projects and delivery of a range of learning interventions.

·       Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in the design and delivery of Programs, act on and share standard methodologies.

·       Actively evaluate and assess the efficiency and quality of assigned learning interventions and act on outcomes and feedback to ensure interventions keep pace with and anticipate the business need.

·       Identify and manage suitable external vendors, as appropriate, to develop and/ or facilitate learning interventions.

·       Manage the budget associated with assigned work, as applicable.

·       Support the design and successful implementation of Organization Development and Effectiveness programs and projects, as assigned.

·       Perform additional activities and responsibilities related to the job role and support of HR activities as required.

·       Drive process trainings for new joiners and refresher for existing workforce.

·       Where needed Identify & drive content creation programs in different business units resulting from analysis of learning needs

·       Support in capability building programs that help build learning culture within the organization.



·       Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in Learning and Development

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory; graduate-level instructional degree is preferred.

·       Proficient in English (written and oral).

·       Demonstrates knowledge of current learning principles and technologies

·       Expert-level proficiency in instructional Design, Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and major eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Captivate)

·       Experience creating content from storyboards or topic outlines and/or converting documentation into appropriate enablement content

·       Ability to build effective learning programs and e-learning courses ground up

·       Ability to program manage multiple projects running in parallel
