Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring availability of fast deployable, effective, and smooth allocation/crisis and escalation management for logistic bottlenecks and/or crisis in the supply chain
  • Prevention of bottleneck situations in supply chain in order to avoid any customer impact, initiate Supplier forecast meetings
  • Establishment of a trusting and supportive relationship with supplier
  • Reach continuous world-wide supplier development and high supplier maturity
  • Fast and effective implementation of lessons learned out of allocation or crisis situations
  • Effective supply chain communication across hierarchies and organizations

Qualifications

  • Professional degree (Logistics, international trade or related)
  • English Advanced 80% +
  • Passionate about own initiative and willingness to drive change
  • Excellent English communication skills also within different function and hierarchy levels (negotiation skill, team player across hierarchies, handling conflicts, curiosity and confidence)
  • Specific experience leading allocation team
  • Logistics planning experience (e.g.; SAP, SupplyOn etc…)
  • Target and result oriented (quick and effective, entrepreneurial mindset)
  • Strategic-analytic skills (e.g. Excel, databases)
  • Experience in working in SAP, Material Planning Systems, Reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau etc ...)
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of semiconductor market and production processes
