In April 2021 we established the first regional HR Service Hub of Bosch in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) based in Vecsés. For this great opportunity, we are looking for motivated and service-minded team members with a high customer-orientation.

Job Description

We are searching for a highly motivated and visionary Junior HR-IT Specialist to join our Hub. In this role, you will manage HR-IT operations as well as complex projects such as the improvement of existing HR-IT for multiple units in the region.

Your tasks will be:

-  Be an Application Specialist for various IT-applications like SAP HR-Core, COMPAS, HR-Global, Talent Hub and e-File for the whole Region in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)

-  Analyze and evaluate customer requirements and the possibility of implementing them       (e.g. Change Request-Management and problem solving in SMT).

-  Participate in developing complete concepts to solve HR-IT related problems.

-  Coordination, testing and reporting for above mentioned applications and their interfaces.

-  Perform evaluations of new regulations and adjustments that include a detailed cost analysis.

-  Interact with third parties (e.g. external SAP consultants).

-  Initiate the optimization of the systems and processes with the GPO organization.

-  Manage complex projects planning timely according to priority, evaluating risks in terms of cost and quality, setting milestones, monitoring development and defining new standards for project documentation and follow up.

-  Continuously improve the solutions implemented.


Which requirements are important to us?

Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.

Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in HR IT related topics and a deep understanding of HR-IT processes.

Personality: You have an analytical and business mindset. You are self-organized, proactive and highly motivated to shape the future with an excellence mindset. You can communicate clearly changes and adaptations in existing processes as well as new processes to diverse audiences.

Working practice: You can conceptualize processes and bring them into practice. You feel comfortable in an agile team using the scrum methodology. You can confidently promote ideas that lead to operational excellence. You can evaluate processes considering costs and benefits.

Languages: You have advanced English skills (written and spoken). Other foreign languages are beneficial.
