Job Description

Bosch is seeking an innovative and experienced Scrum master to help architect, build and facilitate our organization’s scrum team structure and processes in order to accelerate our product development in the automated mobility space. You will be working as agile coach with the management team to build and continuously evolve our application of scrum principles to our development process as well as actively participate as scrum master in the daily scrum activities with our development teams.

Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and continuously evolve the project’s agile processes
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Manage each project team’s scope and timeline together with POs
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Be the point of contact for stakeholder communications and management (e.g. towards customers or stakeholders)
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during the development process
  • Help teams implement changes effectively and continuously
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Support/coach the project management team with implementing SAFe and continuously monitoring the efficiency & effectiveness of our development team
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in CS, CE or Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in a scrum master role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as contributing software developer in large SW driven projects
  • Proficient to code in python to automate workflows in e.g. Atlassian toolchain
  • Experience in designing and building organizations and team structures
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts and related processes (such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement, automated testing, ...)
  • Experience with Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, SAFe etc.)
  • Scrum master, SAFe certification
