Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Key Account Manager” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow

  • Develop and coordinate all key account management activities, including sales targets, preparation of annual agreements, strategy and promotional programmes and ensure implementation;
  • Working with all sales units and marketing departments to identify customer-specific opportunities for new and existing products and services;
  • Manage total sales, coordination of resources and support of the entire portfolio of products and services to the client;
  • Analysing and determining the best possible use of customer potentials and needs (Strategy, SWOT, Brands, KPIs);
  • Decompose BP to the detailed annual (key) account plan (Potential, T.O. / Product group, activities / measures / resources).

Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree in university / Sales or Business Administration
  • Fluent in Arabic, French, good English level appreciated
  • Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales or Business Administration environment
  • Good communication skills at different external and internal levels
