Job Description

1. Develop a sales strategy and deploy to structured sales activities, to drive strategic business target realization 制定销售策略并系统性策划相应的销售活动、积极驱动以实现战略性业务目标
2. Be capable for marketing plans, and guide for sales activities with relative output of marketing plans
有能力实施营销策划,并根据营销策划的相关结论输出指导销售行动
3. Sales forecast, customer demands & investment investigation
销售预测、客户需求和投资计划调查
4. Based on customer demands, to organize and implement high-level analysis, and afford competitive quotation 基于客户需求,组织实施深层次分析,提供具体竞争力的报价
5. Long term customer relationship management & development and regular sales plan implementation 致力于客户长期关系的发展和常规销售计划的实施
6. To implement constructive customer visiting and new business development 实施建设性的客户拜访和新的业务开发
7. Leading in project engineering, technical clarification and concept finalization together with SPE, which ensure in accordance with sales target
主导项目的工程技术、技术澄清、方案确定的有效进行,以确保SPE的工作满足销售的目标方向
8. Involvement and drive for market development, new customer and product development together with marketing and R&D
包含市场,研发一起推动市场、新客户的开拓和产品开发

Qualifications

1. Good English both in oral and written ways
流利的英语口语和写作能力
2. Familiar with customer product assembly processes, and basic knowledge about interactive influences between product process and MAE concept. 熟悉客户产品装配工艺,并基本了解产品工艺与设备方案之间的相互影响
3. Familiar with special machinery category components and devices function and cost, able to search and use new functional units in the market 熟悉非标设备基本机械和电气元器件成本,并有能力搜索及应用市场上的新功能产品.
4. Good commercial knowledge, meanwhile good communication and negotiation skill both internal and external
具备良好的商务知识, 同时具备优秀的沟通和谈判能力(内部和外部)
5. Sensitive about cost, able to drive cost calculation from different scenarios and make most suitable commercial decision 对价格敏感, 有能力从不同销售情景驱动价格核算, 并从中作出最合适的商务决定
6. Has courage for self-challenge and optimize current situation, drive for cost optimization measurements and implement in the organization
有勇气进行自我挑战和优化现状, 推动成本优化措施的制定和实施
7. Firmly follows goals and is not discouraged by resistance or setbacks
坚守自己的目标, 不因外界阻力和挫折而气馁
8. At least 5 years sales and quotation experience in special machinery area 至少5年以上在非标设备领域的销售与报价经验
