To sustain the fast and qualitative development progress in Bosch, we are seeking for a passionate and driven Lead Linux OS Developer to join our IT team in Singapore. As a Linux Developer, you are require to develop and lead solutions together with the team. This position consists of 80% on project development and 20% on liaising with internal stakeholders.
The selected candidate will liaise with the Linux community and internal clients (E.g: Developer community, XE Developer, EByte Site) within Bosch. You will be involved in developing, troubleshooting, and ensuring software projects requirements are met.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Information Science or Computer Science with at least 5 years of experience in Linux OS related functions. Candidate with strong Linux knowledge (E.g: Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS), high level scripting language (E.g: Python, Ruby, Bash) and networking competency will be consider. Good understanding of Debian packaging knowledge, integration and Agile methodology will be an advantage for this position.
