Job Description

Responsibilities:

► Response to telephone and written requests related to HR administration according to service level agreements (SLA), statutory laws and operational policy.

► Responsible for increasing customer satisfaction  as first level contact of HRS

► Checking the plausibility of requests and processes and outlining or rather clarifying discrepancies with the client (customer), if necessary consultation of HR experts to solve the problem

► Recording the required data, facts and answers on time in the Shared Service Framework (SSF) and processing required system entries in SAP-HR

► Forwarding complex questions to the responsible HR service backoffice team (2nd Level)

► Active sharing of knowledge and feedback from 2nd Level with whole Front Office team

► Continuous process optimization in cooperation with the HR service experts

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

► Previous experience of 2-3 years in human resources (personnel administration, payroll, time management)

► Min. 3 years vocational training, e.g. in the field of personnel administration, industrial clerk or similar

► Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Romanian and English, additional language is beneficial

► Excellent communication skills

► Empathy for the assessment of the conversation partner and selection of a suitable conversation structure

► High capacity for teamwork and of managing conflict situations

► Ability to work under pressure / resilience

► High willingness to learn and readiness of mind
