Job Description


► Analyse requirements from user department side

► Consulting user departments in regards to application of systems and process design

► Realization of changes in processes

► If required; assist in first level support

► Analysing and simulating problem cases and outline potential measures

► Prepare and hold trainings / workshops within HR Service in regards to current topics, regulations, processes, developments in area of responsibility

► Outline / present possibilites of HR Service scope to other devisions outside the organization

► Formulate technical requirements, prepare decisions from content perspective, aid in qualifying HRS administrators in the designated area of expertise

► Support user department as well as GPO organization in the preparation and introduction of new IT-based HR processes in multiple fields of HR Service

► Implement new processes and concept in a heterogenous environment; ensure functionality of the overall system

► Coordinate and support the user department during the realisation phase

► Follow up on project development and implement correctional measures if needed


Required Qualifications:

► Min. Bachelor degree in business management, HR or the likes

► Deep understanding of HR processes; 5 years experience in HR related topics

► Self-organized and highly motivated

► Organizational talent

► Communicational strength

► Analytical skillset to evaluate economical cost / benefit of processes

► Comfortable working in an agile team with the Scrum methodology

► Pro-actively pushing topics and ideas / concepts that lead towards improvement of operational excellence

► SAP knowledge, MS Word knowledge, IT affinity

► Logical thinking

► Attention to details

► Fast learner and sufficient capacity
