Job Description

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Site Security Specialist. This is a part time role for 12 months commencing in Oct 2021 and is based at our headquarters in Clayton, Melbourne.

Position responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day management of site security to ensure security processes, procedures and instructions reflecting actual requirements and operations.
  • Security incident investigation and reporting.
  • Oversee security contract and coordination of monthly management review.
  • Routine check and reporting of operational security measures with aim for continuous improvement including compliance, efficiency and cost.
  • Operate, provide reports and configuration of access control and security alarm system with aim to optimise system.
  • Coordinate with technical contractors for maintenance and installations of technical security systems.


The successful applicant will have exceptional attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines, be a team player and have excellent organisational and communications skills.

You should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A Certificate in Security and Risk Management preferred
  • Experience in Security and Risk Management
  • Experience in security access control, alarm and vision systems
  • Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel skills
  • Must have a valid Australian Driving License
  • Occasional travel to other Bosch sites, warehouses and scrap yards within metropolitan Melbourne
  • Proactive with strong problem solving skills
  • Eye for detail with emphasis on process
  • Ability to handle topics of a confidential/sensitive nature with discretion
