Job Description

Job Summary:

1. Achieve sales and profit objectives of Business Plan
2. Take responsibility for commercial affairs, projects follow up and technical coordination
3. Coordination for Delivery and AR tracking
4. Customer relationship interface

 

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Interface between customer and company to understand customer expectations and requirements and maintain good customer relationship
2. Achieve the sales and profit target in business plan
3. Acquisition for new projects
4. Project management for new business
5. Negotiation with customer for commercial (annual prices, account receivable etc.), engineering change request and delivery problems, etc.
6. Monitor customer forecast and take appropriate action
7. Deal with warranty claim compensation
8. Prepare and coodinate customer visit, customer audit
9. Collect information of competitor and customer, e.g. current & future platforms
10. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor or Master Degree of sales, business management or alike

Work Experience:

3 year or above working experience in sales area of Automotive Connector

Knowledge/ Skills:

- Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
- Good communication skill
