Job Description

1. Quality assurance during the new project developing.

     新项目开发期间的质量保证

·     Attend the project meetings and activities actively according to PEP process requirements. Identify the quality risk and support to set up the counter-measures w/ follow-up.

           积极参加PEP(项目执行计划)项目会议和活动做好质量风险识别,并参与和支持应对措施建立和跟踪。

·      Clear understanding and passing the customer quality requirements within the organization.

清晰理解客户质量要求,并将其传达给组织内部。

·     Handle new project process audit w/ OPL follow-up, and release for mass production.

新项目过程审核,问题处理跟踪,达到批量生产要求。

·     Clear understanding PPAP submission requirement, arrange the ISIR sample inspection. Collect required PPAP documents and submit to customer. Forward the PSW release status to team.

清晰理解PPAP(生产件批准程序)的提交要求,安排ISIR(初次样品检查报告)样品检测。收集检查和提交客户要求的PPAP文件。并告知团队产品提交保证书的客户批准状态。

·     Ensure new project is derived from output and measurements based on customer complaint 8D and internal problem solving result.

确保在新项目中导入已发生客户抱怨和内部质量问题的措施。

·     RBCC in house and Bosch plant parts PSW review and approval.

     对长沙博世自制件及博世内部工厂的零件PSW的审查和批准。

2.   Customer audit planning and coordination

     计划和协调客户审核

·     In time communicate either internally and with customer to fix the audit date, to understand the audit purpose and audit scope, which are acceptable by both side.

     及时与客户(或内部)进行沟通,确定审核日期、理解审核目的和审核范围,并确保双方均能接受。

·     Distribute detail requirements from customer to the relevant departments. Support other department to prepare before/during the audit. 

发布详细的客户要求给相关部门。在审核之前和审核期间,支持其他部门进行审核准备。

·     Organize the necessary relevant activities with respect to the audit.

      组织必要的关于审核的相应活动。

·     Distribute the audit result within the organization, follow up and summary corrective actions.

      在组织内部发布审核结果,跟进和总结改进措施。

3. Product quality issue involvement

 处理产品质量问题

·     Work with team for internal deviation product handling w/ 8D approach.

和团队一起按照8D方法处理内部偏差产品。

·     Manage deviation from Bosch plant part, provide failure information and necessary sample to respond plant, coordinate with the containment actions for production, create QC in IQIS system to tracing the problem solving. Charge the related cost to respond plant. Pushing plant to achieve the plant-plant quality target.

     管理博世工厂产品的偏差,给相关工厂提供失效信息和必要的样品,采取围堵措施调整生产,在IQIS系统创建QC对问题解决

     进行跟踪。向相应工厂收取费用。敦促工厂达到工厂与工厂之间的质量指标。

·     Follow-up the blocked product status, push the problem solved according to target setting (block pallet, block cycle time).

     跟进封存产品的状态,推进问题解决,达到设定的封存托数和封存周期要求。

·     Support to in time solve the quality issues which impacted delivery.

对解决影响交货的质量问题给予及时支持。

4. Product Audit planning

 计划产品审核

·     Verify and plan for test equipment and tools/gauge availability and capacity during the phase of new project developing, Define the test equipment specification and requirement. Support the new equipment acquisition process. And BP yearly.

     在新项目开发阶段,检验测试设备及测量仪器的适用性及性能,定义测试设备规格和要求。支持新设备购买流程。

     每年制定BP(预算计划)。

·     Deal with audit plan, check list and inspection instruction for A, Q and Z test, periodically evaluate the necessity of A test, increase or reduce the test items and frequency accordingly.

     安排A/Q/Z检验的审核计划、检查表和检查操作指南,定期评估A检的必要性,相应地增加或减少测试项目和频率。

·     Follow-up nonconformity report found in product audit, and closure in time.

     跟进产品审核中发现的问题报告,并及时关闭。

5. ECR involvement

 工程变更管理

·     Review and support engineering changes for products and corresponding processes, submit PPAP when necessary.

审查和支持产品和相应流程的工程变更,必要时,递交PPAP报告。

6. Concession involvement 

  让步管理

·     Deal with concession as a member of CFT team. Inform customer for the nonconformity when necessary. Review and support to ensure concession quality control. Coordinate within team to reduce the number of concession.

作为CFT(客户管理专案小组)团队成员处理让步,必要时,告知客户偏差信息;检查和支持让步活动,确保让步质量;与团队内部协调减少让步数量。  

7. CIP

     持续改进流程

·     Support Continuous Improvement Program within the team from quality point of view.

协助对团队内部质量流程的持续改进。

8. Other tasks assigned by superior.

     上级分配的其他任务。

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or diploma in mechanic & electric integration  机械&电气工程专业
  • Three years work experience. 三年工作经验
  • Work well with MS office
  • 熟练操作office办公软件
  • Good command of English熟练掌握英语
