Job Description

  • Handling day to day personnel & administration related matters

  • Time office supervision & Leave Management.

  • Grievance handling of workmen & junior management employees.

  • Management of welfare benefits of employees.

  • Basic recruitment of blue collar & junior white-collar trainees.

  • Ensuring Legal compliance w.r.t all acts applicable to factory operations.

  • Liaison with Govt. & other official compliance agencies

  • Maintain & gather information of contemporary HR/IR practices & developments to suitably advise the management. Handling IR issues as & when arises.

  • Handling of contract workmen and NEEM / NAPS Trainee Management within the framework of law

  • MIS & Data management

  • Management of Canteen, Transport & Security operations

Qualifications

MSW/MBA/PG Diploma - HR,IR with 3-7 years of relevant experience.

Experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred

• Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice; performance appraisal systems and staff development

• Proven ability to use initiative in carrying out tasks

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions

• Exposure to multi-state and international employment laws (added advantage)
