-        Supervise supplier quality in SghP, set up quality target for SghP yearly and follow up

-        Introduce and implement Bosch purchasing quality related procedures, tools and methods to plants and / or suppliers in SghP

-        Regularly align and develop PUQ processes in SghP together with PUQ-AP & TT/PUQ

-        Organize, plan and conduct PAN audit (process audit for new supplier) and VDA 6.3 process audit, support AP plants’ audit upon request

-        Plan and implement supplier enabling and supplier development projects in SghP

-        Responsible for new parts / product release for EZRS / OEM / export / trading goods

-        Cooperate with Europe headquarter, support overseas plants on PUQ activities in AP such as procedure adaption, supplier assessment / audit, problem solving, action follow up… 

-        Bachelor's degree or above, majored in engineering

-        Minimum 3-year quality management experience

-        Knowledge quality standards (such as ISO9001, VDA6.3, ISO14000…)

-        Knowledge of quality tools and methods (e.g.: 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP…)

-        VDA6.3 auditor and/or ISO9001 auditor qualification is a plus

-        Good people skills and communication skills

-        Good language skills (Chinese & English)

-        Flexibility for frequent travelling (30%)
