Bosch has been present in Malaysia since 1923, represented by Robert Bosch Sdn Bhd, with offices located in Selangor and Penang. • Oversee the CR process from Coordination to Implementation phase.
• Distribution CR base on the valid distribution list and Standard Operation Procedures(SOP)
• Allies with other plants in implementing inter-plant changes.
• Check with the CR requestor if any missing/doubts information.
• Implement the phase in / phase out data base on the CR request.
• Release CR when it is completed and inform all parties concerned.
• Register and update material master into the SAP system base on the CR with relevant approval and implement the changes into SAP and inform affected parties for the changes base on the CR.
• Register or update Bill of Materials (BoM) or part list according to content of the CR, inform related parties/department on the effective date base on the CR.
• Updated drawings/documents into SAP base on CR request, once the drawings/documents is released by the CAD admin. 
• Archive of drawing as hardcopy if required.
• Identify part/part list and drawing affected when a CR involved transfer or obsolete of a part/drawing into the system
• Support the transfer/obsolete with other department or plants.           
• Support end user for related issue with SAP Engineering Module
• Testing for the version change or new release version to support center requirement.
• Support end user for the registration and issue related with the GIS system.
• As an Admin for PgP2 users and control the access right of the user.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in IT related areas, preferably professional experience in IT system management, SAP or as an engineer knowing Material Master, BOM, EC, drawings and drawing management.
• Exposure to the engineering design process.
• Working in international project teams using English.
• Prefer with Engineering background.
• Systematic and reliable work based on defined process
• Agnostic to computer systems
• SAP experience
• PC applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Team player with good communication skills
• Working with people from different cultures and organizational functions
