Job Description

-        Technical support and assistance for end-users, department staff for hardware and software issues

-        Support PC Hardware, desktop operating system software

-        Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment

-        Coordinate client and end user support with other IT staff

Qualifications

-        Knowledge of Windows  environment

-        Network concepts

-        Exceptional customer service skills, solid troubleshooting skills

-        Teamwork  and proactive attitude

-        Graduated from technical high school or advanced student in Systems Engineering or career related
