Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with company objectives and senior management
  • Ensure that organizational goals, initiatives, success stories, and business updates are successfully communicated to associates via appropriate media
  • Foster collaboration, associate engagement, and interactions between senior management and associates
  • Enable channels and forums to bring out the voice of the associate
  • Enhance internal communications strategy based on associate interactions and feedback
  • Support business transformation initiatives with relevant and timely communication on the same
  • Amplify significant NE-EM achievements to a larger audience

 

Tasks:

  • Manage the design, development and delivery of communications on regular topics* such as:
    • Leadership Talks
    • NE-EM Vision / Strategy / Goals
    • Success Stories
    • Associate Engagement
    • Tech Talks
    • Competency Development
    • NE-EM Events

*Indicative list

  • Provide consultation on the most appropriate and effective communication media for regular communication topics
  • Plan, write or edit content for a variety of internal communications media including communications mailbox, Bosch Connect communities, videos, periodic newsletters, etc.
  • Manage the Bosch Connect community and Bosch Tube Channel to facilitate regular flow and exchange of information between senior management and associates
  • Assist in the organization and execution of periodic Town Hall sessions as a forum for leadership updates and interactions with associates
  • Assist with periodic updates of BGN pages
  • Organize associate interaction opportunities with senior management
  • Periodically partner with organization-wide communication SPOCs for specific events
  • Roll up NE-EM communications to SX/COM, RBEI/COM and social media from time to time


 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors or above in Mass Communication
    • Bosch experience is definitely an advantage
    • 7-10 years of experience in public relationships, corporate communication with exposure to mid- to senior level management

    Key skills

    • Creative ability to devise communication strategies and confidence to explain communication techniques to stakeholders
    • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, journalistic ability to source stories from associates
    • Strong speaking skills to host or moderate events
    • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to connect with associates and leaders
    • Familiarity with communication technology, especially digital and video means of communication
