In-house repair

• In-house repairs including carrying out fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and testing on Rexroth hydraulics components and systems
• Prepare inspection report including roots causes to customers and advise suitable solution(s)
• Inform/give purchase request to Logistics team/ procurement department; follow-up to ensure the right service parts are available in time

Fields service:

• Installation and commissioning of hydraulic components and systems
• Provide on-site technical supports and trouble shootings
• Providing customers with technical operational and maintenance training regarding Rexroth hydraulic components and/or system

Others:

• Recording and maintaining service and customer data on CRM system
• Coordinate with HQ Service Centre to repair components and system
• Coordinate with HQ Service Centre on field service activities
• Working closely with project sales team to design custom-made solutions, system upgrading/retrofitting
• Ad-hoc task

Note: Intern will have trainings from supervisor on the follow up tasks.

Qualifications

• Entitled as full-time student during 6 months internship
• Majoring in Hydraulics or study any subjects relate to Hydraulics
• Good both reading and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office software, engineering and designing software tools
• Strong technical and hands-on skills
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic products, systems and application
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
• Love to physically/hand on machine
• Honest & Punctual
• Able to work under high pressure, independently and with high level of discipline
• Strong sense of Integrity and compliance culture
• Team player
• Willingness to intensive travel around Vietnam and work at customer sites
