Job Description

  • Assist Sales team: quotation, project proposal preparation.
  • Sales Cycle Management: support sales activities to keep track of processes along sales cycle.
  • Generate business correspondence.
  • Participate in developing a relevant forward forecast. Responsible for keeping updated reports.
  • Response to customer inquiries and key internal stake holders with a sense of urgency.
  • Technical liaison between partners and sales engineer/ business unit.
  • Be responsible for answering all Sales support emails, acknowledge and address customer concerns.
  • Provide constructive feedback to sales management for continuous process improvement.
  • Act as the single commercial facility contact (support the broader sales function).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics) or related technical Bachelor’s Degree; bachelor’s Degree in Business will also be considered with technical sales experience.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in Technical Sales Support function.
  • Detailed-orientation and ability to effectively work with a wide range of customers, both internal and external.
  • Strong math skills required for quote generation, and accounting functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be willing and available to travel for company training, meeting and territory support.
