• Coordinate  the capacity development with production;
• Based on customer demand and material availability, arrange the regular production plan;
• Closely monitor BTS and production backlog
• In charge of inventory in production area.
• Coordinate in VSD/VSM.
• Implement the Lean project in logistic area and production area;
• The other tasks given by the high level management.

• Bachelor’s Degree at least;
• Min 5 years’ working experience in manufacturing Supply Chain related fields (planning, sourcing, logistics, etc);
• Knowledge of ERP system(SAP), with basic knowledge of planning management modules
• Microsoft office - (Minimum skill: Power point, Excel, Word);
• Strong English language capability (both Spoken and Written);
• BPS / Lean background and experience is highly expected;
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting, inventory theory and optimization models are preferred;
• International mindset, team spirit, well organized and easy going;
• Willing to learn and work under pressure, Organized and disciplined;
