- Customer management: Customer visits and promote technical solution by addressing different levels in customer's decision making process. Customer orientation & strong connect with Customer, Communication Skills, Presentation skills, Sales Skills (Negotiation, Pricing, Networking, Customer satisfaction obsession, etc.), Quality systems
- Market development: Drive various Products & Application strategies for allocated Customers based on sales Strategies, Business development support activities such as product promotion, customer seminars, organizing fairs, etc
- Technical role: Sizing and selection of servo motor, drives and VFD . Programming and commissioning of Servo solutions for Plastics, Press, Printing , Metallurgy, programming and commissioning for general automation applications, Commissioning of hydraulics electronics valves , Hydraulic motion controllers with complete systems. Driving the Complete Rexroth “Connected Hydraulics” will be the core responsibility. Candidate must have varied hands-on experience in independently working with these products and Applications. Candidate must possess ability to consistently upgrade his/her knowledge.
- Market intelligence: Review & consolidate Application / Product specific market analysis, technology trends and development, Evaluate & Consolidate Competition Analysis and prepare necessary action plan together with Sales Group Leader
- Team development: Measure & ensure overall Team competence Development, Foster Collaboration, sense of purpose, motivation, healthy competition, Positive Leadership environment. Identification and nurturing of Key talents, People development, creating pool of succession plan for key positions. Collaborate across functions in talent attraction and retention by initiating appropriate programs.
BE/B Tech: electronics/Instrumentation/mechatronics with 12-16 Years experience
