Job Description

  • Expand Company's Product and Application Technology solutions portfolio to existing accounts and develop new accounts in assigned territory and industry (Mining, O&G, General Industry and Government).
  • Establish and maintain relationships with line of business leaders at assigned client accounts.
  • Develop a client relationship management to improve client satisfaction and retention rates through consistent client engagement.
  • Proposal writing, cost estimation, and risk assessment for qualified opportunities.
  • Execute processes for quotation, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery of order, and resolution of return requests and quality issues to support sales targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of opportunity within territory.
  • Achieve sales targets as assigned.
  • Working closely with technical engineering team to provide optimum after-sales services to customers.
  • Working closely with Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Residing in Batam area.
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of Sales experience focused on high - level solution-based and conceptual selling in (Mining, O&G, General Industry and Government).
  • Experience with Project Management and managing a team.
  • Understands Hydraulics, Electric drives & controls products selling life-cycle with strong solution selling approach.
  • Able to work with the sales partners as well handle direct sales.
  • Should be very well networked with mid to senior level managers in the targeted industries.
  • Strong business problem solving skills which include solving integrated solutions problems.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship building internal and external business partnering with accounts and multi-team selling.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written).
