Job Description

The divisions Chassis Systems Control (CC) and Automotive Steering (AS) develop innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance. Through the combination of systems based on cameras, radar and ultrasonic sensors, electric power steering and active or passive safety systems we not only make driving safer and more comfortable today but we are also building the basis for the autonomous driving of tomorrow.

 

Your contribution to something big

►   Development of new SW tools used for various test activities

►   Documenting and version tracking of developed tools

►   Close cooperation with various project and test teams (validation, manufacturing test, analysis)

►   Adapt existing solutions to new generations

►  Improve existing solutions based on requirements

►   Close cooperation with multiple development and manufacturing locations

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

► Bsc/Msc degree in electrical engineering or computer science

► Good command of LabVIEW

► Basic programming knowledge in at least one additional high level programming language (C/C++/Pyton)

► Familiar with Vector tools and CanOE

► Ability to work in international teams

► Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills, structured approach

► Fluent English or German

 

What gives you further advantages?

► Experience in electronics manufacturing

► Familiarity with automotive bus systems (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet), Vector tools

► Experience in automotive industry

► Experience in SW development projects

► Experience with NI test stand
