- Interface between customer and company to understand customer expectations and requirements and maintain good customer relationship;
- Achieve the sales target in business plan for his / her project(s);
- Acquisition support for new projects;
- Negotiation with customer for commercial (annual prices, account receivable), engineering change request and delivery problems, etc.
- Check customer forecast and confirm correct monthly order;
- Coordination and support of after sales activities and deal with warranty claim compensation;
- Prepare and coordinate customer visit, customer audit
- Bachelor degree, major in engineering or business administration
- 5-8 years’ working experience in Automotive product industry in technical sales and project management
- Good understanding of Automotive product and customer and marketing;
- Fundamental product knowledge of ADAS & E/E Architecture components and functions;
- Good at commercial negotiation;
- Strong communication skills
- Chinese, English
- Travel frequency ~ 10-20% of working hours;
