Job Description

What will you take care of?

You will be in charge of the department responsible for the workshop networks in Europe South (Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Albania), accounting for a total of 1800 workshops: Bosch Car Service,  AutoCrew and Bosch Diesel Center. The team is made up of 5 persons + 1 in Greece.

Bosch Service is the n. 1 network worldwide in the IAM (Independent Aftermarket)

You will be responsible for:

  • providing guidelines to the local team for the development of the Bosch networks for the territories under her/his responsibility, in terms of Franchise offer, promotion, customer satisfaction, Technical support and training, contracts.
  • Local Adaptation of Bosch workshop Concepts                 

  • Ensure EU standards in terms of quality and corporate identity        

  • Network Development Activities, including cooperation agreement with complementary partners as well as fleet business (long-term rental company).

  • Reporting to the European responsible in terms of Number of workshops, Bosch parts turnover, Franchise fee turnover and profitability, quality KPIs,

  • Roll-out of strategic project such as digital ecosystem implementation

  • Marketing activities and communication strategy per country.

You will have the change to operate in a wide network of contcts, that go from Country sales managers, fields reps, Technical departments, Country and Product marketing, Country Communication functions, to HQ.



What distinuishes you?

Education: Economic Degree or Engineering Degree.

Languages: English minimum C1

Personality: Proactive and self-driven,                                

High level of target orientation (in particular towards financial KPI's Sales, P&L)                 

Skills & Competences:                                                                       

Strategy development skills, Leadership, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Interpersonal skills, in particular conflict management     

Full understanding of sales and marketing instruments                 

High level of analytical skills                                              

Trained and experienced in Sales pitches  

You have managed people for at least 2 years.

Experience in the Automotive Market is seen as a plus.
