Job Description

Your contribution to something big

As a Sales Reporting Expert with process design responsibility you will be responsible for implementation and improvement of strategic sales planning processes and analytical recommendations to board of management according the business situation based on the defined KPIs.

Your responsibility and main tasks will be:

►      Global coordination, development and world-wide introduction of processes, methods and tools in sales, controlling, pricing, among process standardization, tracking of planning-relevant topics such as raw material, compensation, PCR, special revenue.

►      Leading cross functional alignment and assure capacity contracting from all involved departments, among Sales, Product Management, Controlling Development as a cross-functional interface.

►      Preforming Continuous Improvement Process for Bosch Automotive Steering internal planning and reporting tools.

►      Identifying and communicating relevant key figures for sales controlling in the respective management board meetings. Extension of the existing key figure reporting (KPIs).

►      Preparation of management board review meetings and respective documents.


What distinguishes you

► The ideal candidate has degree in Business Administration (Controlling, Finance, Marketing), 3 or more years of work experience in Sales Controlling & Planning, Controlling, Sales, high sense of responsibility in the cooperation with management, expertise and motivation in leading and implementing tasks. Negotiation-level English knowledge is required, additional German knowledge is advantage. We are looking for candidates with     affinity to numbers and analysis, analytical and structured way of thinking, he/she has resilient, assertive and confident personality who is a great team player and knowledge of SAP and other Bosch specific system, such as TM1, MSP is advantage and ready to work in an multicultural, international team.
