Customer Order Management

• Establish positive customer relationships and ensure on time delivery of finished products
• Confirm and monitor customer orders in SAP
• Maintain a rolling 21 month volume forecast in SAP
• Finished goods inventory monitoring and analysis
• Analyze customer demand behavior/customer waterfalls

Production Scheduling

• Create and maintain master production schedule and align with production
• Capacity management
• Support engineering changes, manage ramp-up and ramp-down of products to minimize excess & obsolete stock

Procurement Planning

• Planning of raw materials to ensure availability of components for production
• Responsible for order placement and verification of delivery with suppliers
• Raw material inventory monitoring and analysis
• Monitoring of supply base delivery performance (ie: on time delivery)
• Forecast planning towards suppliers
• Analyze changes in supplier releases/vendor waterfall

General

• Ensure logistics targets are met (ie: inventory, delivery performance, premium freight)
• Independent bottleneck planning
• Maintain SAP parameters for raw material and finished goods
• Lead and support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities

• Bachelors Degree (industrial engineer, business, supply chain), OR
• 3-5 years exp. in customer-, production- and procurement planning required
• comprehensive SAP ERP knowledge
