Bosch Engineering Center Cluj was founded as an integral part of the Bosch worldwide engineering network in 2013. The Center is located partly in the heart of Cluj-Napoca and partly in Jucu. Our engineers give great importance to continuous innovation and they work on state-of-the-art technology projects. Automated Driving, Electric and Connected Mobility, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0. are just a few examples from the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj’s current portfolio. We work in close collaboration with other Bosch R&D Centers and with Bosch Plant Cluj. We specialize in software engineering, hardware and mechanical engineering, reliability engineering & quality validation, but also in mobility sales planning, thus, we offer our internal and external clients a complex range of products and services. 

Job Description

You contribution to something big : 

  • You will prepare all HR specific documents (for hiring, changes during employment, certificates and ending of contracts)
  • You will maintain the relationship with the new employees in the pre-employment phase to ensure the needed employment documents, including signing the contracts with the new colleagues
  • You will maintain up-to-date the personnel and employment data in the HR system
  • You will include the personnel and employment data in the IT system
  • You will track the documents needed for the personnel file
  • You will keep a close collaboration with the other HR colleagues locally and at country level

Qualifications

What distinguishes you :

  • Experience in HR administration (3 years+), preferably within the technical / IT / Automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of the Romanian Labor Code
  • You must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • You are a communicative, reliable person who likes to take responsibility for his/her actions
  • We expect you to hit the ground running and deliver results in a timely manner
