1. As BPS(Bosch production system) trainer_ WAS for Operator and BPS basic/对员工进行BPS 基础培训和按标准化作业培训；
2.  Introduce BPS method and tools to VS and follow up(LLD, FOL, TPM, Levelling, Kanban)/ BPS 方法和工具导入到价值流并且持续跟踪（LLD, FOL, TPM, Levelling, Kanban）；
3.  Build up standard and do process confirmation/建立标准并做好流程确认；
4.  Support System-CIP activities/支持系统改善项目相关事项；
5.  Ensure System-CIP project on the right process and have complete handshake at interface/确保系统CIP项目流程正确，并在对应窗口完成交接；
6. Support VSM/VSD update/支持VSM/VSD更新；
7. Regular communication with VS (calibration and support)/定期与价值流相关人员沟通（纠正与支持）；
8. Coordinate resource arrangement/协调资源安排；
9. Support new BPS elements to implement 支持新的BPS元素执行；
10. Lead BPS maturity assessment 主导BPS 成熟度评估；
11. Other task from superior 上级交代的其他任务；

1. Bachelor or above本科及以上；
2. 3-5 years working experience/三到五年工作经验以上；
3. Mechanical, electrical ,material and familiar with  MS office/机械，电气，材料以及熟悉办公软件;
4. Fluent English/流利的英语;
