Taking responsibility: Your CFD simulations will define the cooling concept of the CM products and ensure the fulfillment of special requirements. Furthermore, you will support the complete thermal management of our products in cooperation with mechanics, hardware, system engineering and software colleagues. Besides, your thermal measurements will ensure the continuous improvement of our CFD models. And partly your FE simulation will check the structural setup of the CM products and enhance the optimal utilization of them.
Shaping future products: In the intensively changing world of Car Multimedia you will have the chance to simulate the products of tomorrow (e.g.: interior monitoring systems, different interior display products).
Reliable contribution: With analyzing the results of your simulations (thermal, static, dynamic) and offering recommendations for the product development team, you provide a real value add to the development process.

► Bsc/Msc in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, physics or comparable
► In depth knowledge in fluid and thermodynamics and in the theory of Computational Fluid Dynamics
► Experience in CFD simulation tasks within industrial projects (preferable FloEFD)
► Basics knowledge of mechanics (statics, dynamics)
► Systematic, logical, structured personality with good communication skills
► Ability to work independently within an international project team and create value for product designs
► Very good English language knowledge and presentation skills, ability to explain technical results for other development domains
► Experience with FE simulation software (best case Abaqus)
► Programming skills (e.g.: VBA, Python) is an advantage
► Experience with Matlab (or similar) and common CAD tools (Catia)
