Job Description

Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Conduct RFQ process as defined by Internal customers (Plants in japan and other global locations)
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts
  • Support for issues related to contracting (e.g. price, delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
  • Adherence to project lead times

Managerial and Governance Responsibilities:

  • Increase contract coverage & ensure contract compliance
  • Ensure compliant processes
  • Drive Process improvements
  • Ensuring a robust measurement, reporting and execution system


  • Candidate must possess Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain, Engineer, Industrial Management or equivalent major
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the purchasing field
  • Preferably candidates who has experience in manufacturing companies, industrial company
  • Mandatory: prefer Japanese (N1-2), English, Vietnamese
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, graphs, etc.)
  • SAP experience
  • Problem Analysis and Solution skill
  • Price negotiation Skills    
  • Stakeholders management
  • Basic project management skill
  • Confident, cooperative
  • Strong self-motivation to achieve cost reduction targets
  • Positive attitude
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner with other functions/suppliers and foster teamwork
