BOSCH VHIT S.p.A. (Vacuum & Hydraulic products Italy) is an Italian affiliate of Bosch Group located in Offanengo (CR) area, and operates mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, for the automotive industry.
Our R&D Department is the Competence Centre for Bosch vacuum pumps at a Global level.
Furthermore, the company produces engine Oil / Fuel pumps and hydraulic systems, respectively for passenger car / commercial vehicles and off highway vehicles.
BOSCH VHIT employs about 500 people.
Help shape the future: You will participate in the Logistics and Production Planning Team supporting the daily activities of Customer and Supplier Planning for packaging;
Experience Cooperation: You will be involved in the controlling and monitoring of all Logistics KPI (Key Performance Indicators) supporting the organization with optimized and innovative solutions;
Integrated implementation: You will support the Logistics team in analyzing logistics costs and deviations introducing digital tools;
Structured evaluation: You will monitor and implement corrective actions in order to reach for the planned targets and the economic plan;
Conscientious coordination: You will handle with the daily management of orders verifications and customs clearances; You will organize, plan and monitor transportations;
Create something new: You will contribute to the implementation of a new process and definition of new procedures related to import and export activities;
Live Internationally: You will live an international environment having relationships with different cultures.
Education: The ideal candidate is a thesis student or newly graduated in Management Engineering or similar background, with basic knowledge of business administration and/or logistics;
Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Power BI;
Personality: autonomous, goal-oriented person, team player and problem solver with analytical capacity and flexibility, proactivity and willingness to take responsibilities;
Language skills: Fluent English, German will be a plus;
Interests: Desire to gain working experience and desire to growth within a complex manufacturing organization open to an international environment.
