Job Description

As Legal counsel in the topic of Data Privacy you will be inserted in the Data Security Department of Bosch Italy and you will:

  • Help shaping the future: inform and train the Bosch managers and the associates in the topics related to GDPR and other italian laws related to Privacy. Keep updated the document that summarizes the implementation of the italian laws integrating GDPR. Inform the associates regarding new laws on the topic of Privacy.
  • Contribute with ideas for new initiatives: Check the implementation of the legal requirements related to Privacy.

  • Live cooperation: Give your support on the possible interactions with the Privacy Guarantor. Manage the requests from the line on the topic of Privacy and counsel them on the possible consequences relating to Privacy requirements.



What distinguishes you?

  • Education: Master degree in Law.

  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English (minimum level B2).

  • Experience and know-how: you have experience of 1-2 years in data Protection and Privacy topics. A structured approach to your work and a good understanding of processes required. Good Microsoft Skills (Excel and PPT) required.

  • Work style:  You are a good communicator, synthetical and with influence skills.
