The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2005. Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and connected mobility. In a state-of-the-art passenger car, more than 100 control units communicate using various bus systems like CAN, LIN and Ethernet. At the heart of this complex network, the driver monitoring camera system plays a key role in driver safety, using the latest in camera technology, driven by a powerful real-time embedded system, handling ten thousands of functional requirements from our customers and from the premium car makers of the world. We develop innovative solutions in an international team with our partners in all over the world.
Your contribution to something big
► Organize and facilitate Scrum Events of SW developer teams.
► Teach and uphold the Scrum values, have passion for the process and methods
► Be the scrum process authority, ensuring that the values, principles, and practices are enacted and followed
► Create and lead effective retrospective exercises
► Deliver effective conflict resolution
► Being an expert in estimation and planning techniques, and be able to explain and teach release planning in an empirical environment
► Act as a servant leader to enable the teams to achieve the project goals
► Be a master of techniques to improve the efficiency of the SW development teams
► Deliver effective methods and practices for managing and resolving impediments
► Coach and support a Product Owner/Project manager in effective techniques for backlog creation, management, and refinement
► Demonstrate effective techniques for managing team interruptions, and for protecting the team in a sprint
► Be a driver of continuous improvement and encourage an experimentation mindset
What distinguishes you
► MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
► Broad knowledge in informatics, experience in programming
► Solid understanding of software engineering principles (SW architectures, version management, requirements management, etc.)
► Fluent English communication skills
► Creativity, analytical and problem solving talent, independent way of working
► Good team player, strong communication and multicultural abilities
