The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2001. Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and connected mobility. More than 2100 engineers are working together on complex automotive products within various fields of engineering from software to mechanical and hardware product development. Your ideas will be part of products improving the life across the globe.
The products of Transmission Control (TC) department in the division Powertrain Solutions (PS) not just only increase the efficiency of combustion engines, hybrid cars, but offer safe and comfortable travelling experience. Budapest has full responsibility for every development activity in all domain (HW, SW, Mechanics) for the current transmission controller unit generation with a wide customer portfolio in the automotive world.
Your contribution to something big:
► Planning, scheduling and monitoring of development and testing
► Tracking the quality, cost and timing aspects of the project
► Ensuring process compliance within project
► Active participation and responsibility in each phase of the project from start to production
► Close cooperation with international development partners
► Regular meeting with the customers, update special characteristics and negotiations of quality targets
► Cooperation with different domains (HW engineers, SW engineers, Test engineers, Design engineers etc..)
What distinguishes you:
► Bsc/Msc degree in technical field or comparable
► Experience in project management is mandatory
► Customer and result oriented attitude
► Experience in requirements management
► English and/or German language skills
► Preferably experience with automotive industry
► Initiative and creativity, persuasion and assertiveness, social skills and organizational competencies
► Self-motivated and responsible way of working
