Job Description

Key Responsibility:  

  • Define the Enterprise risk management strategy and framework and ensure its conformance with organization strategy

  • Lead governance and review identified key risk indicators/ enterprise-wide and business unit risk appetite and tolerances across credit, business, operational, market risk, financial risks and recommendations for action where appropriate

  • Operationalize the risk management framework for Corporate Functions/GB/LE/Plant leaders. Partner with business to ensure they conduct risk assessments, develop and monitor risk mitigation plans/projects for priority risks identified

  • Track the reporting of emerging risks and events, and ensuring follow up, creation of action plans, and adjustment of policies, processes and procedures as necessary

  • Meet periodically with the Risk Committee to report the status of the top organization wide risks, educate/inform the committee and senior management of emerging risks and/or exposures (whether internal or external to the company) that should be considered

  • Advise on risk-related tools, technology solutions and communications to embed ERM into the company's culture

  • Ensure management reporting (monthly or quarterly) of risk assessment results, dashboards, risk exposures and explanations specific to units/geography

  • Ensure mandatory risk & compliance trainings are conducted across the organization


Qualification & Experience

  • MBA (regular) with good track record. At least 12 to 15 years of experience in managing in risk function with good overview of manufacturing and IT/ engineering sector .

  • In-depth knowledge of COSO and ISO 31000, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 45000
