Job Description

As HRBP (Legal) responsible for :

- Handling Legal Matters, Adjudication & Conciliation

- Court Cases - Labour Court, Supreme Court & Tribunals

- Liaison with Advocates, Government Officials & Labour Department

- Handling Industrial Relations, Counselling

-Disciplinary actions & Domestic Enquiries


- LLM or LLB &


With 3 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations Domain & hands on experience in dealing court matters & conciliations

Additional Information

- Good Knowledge of Labour Laws  & HR Processes

- Hands on experience in Court Mattes & Industrial Relations Matters

- Should possess good networking & laisioning skills

- Computer Proficiency (MS Office)

- Good oral & written communication skills

- Excellent presentation skills
