Job Description

► Total gross sales and gross margin liability for turnover and gross margin of dealers with field direct sales
► Bring transparency about the activities of key users and projects (potential assessment, user requirements, project management and infrastructure setup, updating the database of users and applications / projects)
► Manage user data (contact data, direct relationship, framework agreements, international coordination)
► Manage, enable and supervise a specialized sales network (field direct sales). Evaluate that the stated added value (services) is fulfilled (logistics, first degree technical support, finances, after-sales support). Train sales staff.
► Develop and sell additional services such as fleet management, full service and 24-hour repair
► Implement central customer marketing strategies and concepts
► Ensure the right mix of products and services for large quality-oriented users
► Aftersales profit and loss responsibility for country sales organization in Serbia
► Definition and implementation of the Aftersales RS strategy in accordance with regional strategy
► Spare parts price management, investment budget allocation and inventory management
► Monitor, improve and, if necessary, expand the existing service network in order to ensure Bosch service standards
► Monitor monthly indicators (KPIs) and ensure targeted results
► Report to regional representatives


► Knowledge and understanding of users
► Previous experience in construction / project management
► Competence in technical sales, commercial (finance). Experience in sales of Power Tools is highly appreciated
► Proactive, entrepreneurial thinking
► Independence in work
► Able to communicate with all hierarchical levels
► Knowledge of the market in the territory of the country / territory
► Fluent English language
