Job Description
- Tracking of engineering change requests (ECRs) in the implementation phase and keeping records up-to-date
- Notify relevant department representatives about changes
- Responsible for the process of labeling first shipment after change
- Tracking and creation of Revision levels (SAP)
- Preparation of standardized technical documentation for processing ECRs
- Participation on regular Change Gates
- Assistance in coordinating plant activities in order to achieve planned introduction date and minimize related costs
Qualifications
- Creative with attention to details
- Good communication and organization skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Reliability and ability to work in team
- Good knowledge of English
- German language knowledge is an advantage
- Preferred field of study: Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences or comparable field of study
