Bosch VHIT S.p.a.,located in Offanengo (CR - Italy), operates in the business of vacuum and oil pumps for automotive, besides master cylinders and hydro-boosters for Off-highway: for such kind of products VHIT is worldwide center of competences and lead plant within Bosch.
In Offanengo Plant there are about 500 employees.
To enforce the manufacturing team we are looking for an experienced Process Engineer Planner to join our company.
The ideal candidate is a Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineer or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing processes,
He is able to work in interdisciplinary teams within an international working environment, preferably with previous experience in the automotive market.
Help shaping the future: You will be involved in implementation of processes enhancement for manufacturing.
Take on responsibility: You are responsible for efficiency improvement of machine, also for machine performance
Experience cooperation: You are focal point for manufacturing team, interfacing with different stakeholders (internal and external)
Reliable implementation: You will be involved in problem solving for manufacturing issues and also involved in data analysis for manufacturing data.
Education: Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or similar academic background;
Experience and Know How: Proven experience in handling manufacture processes
Technical knowledge: Depth knowledge of CNC machines, programming language (Matlab, Python) and machining operations and treatments.
Personality: goal-orientation and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and team working skills, proactivity and leadership;
Language skills: Fluent English, German is a plus;
Interests: Desire to take challenges and to contribute to the path of a growing company.
