The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2005. Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and connected mobility. More than 2700 engineers are working together on complex automotive products within various fields of engineering from software to mechanical and hardware product development. Your ideas will be part of products improving the life across the globe.
The Automotive Electronics (AE) division develops new electronic control units (e.g. for combustion engines, comfort functions, airbags) and a wide range of sensors (e.g. for battery charge state, inertial, yaw-rate, pressure, NOx) in close cooperation with manufacturing. These products are engineered to a state of the art level both in technology and reliability and are to be found in cars of a very large group of manufacturers.

Your contribution to something big:
► Layout-related technology integration in collaboration with Hungarian and international development partners.
► Develop and implement regulations for electric and electromechanical CAD components (SMD, trough-hole)
► Handling of drawings and databases for printed circuit boards
► The result of your work will be used by hundreds of colleagues directly, and globally almost in all of automotive products worldwide.
► Cooperation with internal partners
► Coordination and implementation of complex technical topics
What distinguishes you:
► BSc. or MSc. degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or similar (physicist, mathematician…)
► Good communication skill in English and/or German
► Basic understanding of electronic and mechanical technical knowledge
► Understanding of complex processes, networks, systems
► Analytic mindset
► CAD software experience and knowledge (e.g. OrCAD, Altium, Eagle, Autocad etc.)
► Experience in layout design
► Programing skills (databases, web, C++)
► Electronic manufacturing technology knowledge (e.g. PCB manufacturing, SMT)
► Work experience in an international, intercultural development team
