Job Description

Responsible for providing day to day support for the Service Management Tool, Altiris/ITMS and all enabled features, applying process, procedures, standards, guidelines and best practices. He/she will be responsible to deliver operational activities according to the operational contract of our service solution.

Required Skills:1. Implementation and administration of Symantec Management Platform 8.x (Configuring Notification Server)
2. Software Management Solution
3. ITMS 8.x Standard & Custom inventory
4. Replication
5. Reports, data management
6. Security & scoping
MS SQL Server: Experience in T-SQL,

SSIS & SSRS ITMS 8.X & SCCM 2012 or higher Db objects

Experience in VBScript, Batch Scripting, PowerShell Scripting
Exposure to Service Management Process

Good knowledge in OS information – Windows Server 2008,2016 Windows XP, Windows 7, 8, 10 & IIS 6  and higher,  VMware / vCenter

Qualifications

BE/MCA
